I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Greg and his team, were incredibly warm and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and gave great recommendations for local food and activities. The location was perfect, close to the slopes and bus stops to the mountains, making it really convenient for skiing and snowboarding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with three super comfortable single beds. Plus, the well-stocked continental breakfast provided a great start to my day before hitting the slopes.
Everything was spot on, no complaints at all.

The location is also a major plus, with the hotel being close to bus stops that take you directly to the surrounding ski resorts. Great location near ski shuttle and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious continental breakfast served. Friendly and helpful staff.
Can't fault anything about it.

They provided a shuttle service to nearby ski rentals and ensured we had everything we needed. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the ski slopes and bus stops.
The breakfast was a bit repetitive, and we would have preferred a choice between Japanese or western breakfast. the onsen was only available after 3 pm, which was inconvenient for those who wanted to use it in the morning.
